Welcome to High Performance Academy Clovis Sports Center (“HPA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all customers and participants who register for programs, memberships, and events directly through our HPA Clovis facility. By registering, purchasing, or participating in any HPA Direct Pay Program, you agree to the policies below. Program Terms May Vary

We offer a wide range of direct-pay programs, including toddler and youth soccer classes, youth and adult leagues, seasonal camps, skills training, memberships, and rentals. While this document outlines our general policies, some program-specific terms (refund rules, payment plans, benefits, or expectations) may vary. Those are provided at registration or in your confirmation email and override general terms if there’s a conflict.

Membership Policy

Types of Memberships

We offer both monthly and annual memberships. Member benefits may include access to open play, early registration, exclusive discounts, and member-only perks—depending on your membership tier.

Auto-Renewal

All memberships renew automatically based on your selected billing cycle. You’ll receive an email reminder in advance of any annual renewal.

Supervision & Age Policy

Code of Conduct

All members must follow HPA’s facility rules and guidelines. Unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or cancellation of membership without refund.

Weather & Facility Closure Policy

Outdoor Sessions (if applicable):

Indoor Programs:

 If the facility is closed due to an emergency (wildfire, power outage, health order, etc.), we’ll offer rescheduling first. If not possible, you’ll receive credit or a refund per our policy.

How You’ll Know:

 Weather or closure updates are sent via SMS and posted on Instagram Stories (@hpanation) at least 60 minutes before the session.

Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)

In the event of a disruption, we will make reasonable efforts to offer a make-up session, credit, or partial refund—depending on the nature and timing of the event. However, due to the structure of some programs, full recovery of missed time may not always be possible.

Our team will communicate updates promptly via SMS, email, and social media as situations unfold.

Consent to Communications

By registering for a program or creating an account with High Performance Academy, you agree to receive important updates and communications from us via text message (SMS/MMS) and email

SMS Messaging

Thank you for being part of the HPA community—we’ll always keep our messages relevant and helpful.

Email Messaging

All communication for participants under 13 will go through the parent or guardian listed on file.

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Your privacy and communication preferences matter to us.

Liability Waiver

All participants (or their parent/legal guardian if under 18) must complete and sign a Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk form prior to using the facility or participating in any HPA program.

Participants who fail to complete the waiver will not be allowed to participate until the form is submitted.

Media Release (Photo & Video Consent)

We love capturing the energy, growth, and fun that happens at HPA Clovis Sports Center. From time to time, our team may take photos or videos during programs, events, or classes for use in High Performance Academy marketing materials—such as our website, flyers, or social media.
By registering for a program or entering the facility, you grant HPA permission to use these photos or videos for promotional purposes. We will never sell images or use them for third-party advertising.

For participants under 18, we assume parental/guardian consent unless we receive a written opt-out. No names or identifying details will be published without additional consent.

If you do not want yourself or your child to appear in any photos or videos, please notify us in writing at info@hpanation.com prior to the start of your program.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes related to your use of the HPA Clovis Sports Center will be handled in the courts of Fresno County, California. We encourage open communication and informal resolution whenever possible.
